Before WII… Before Gamecube… Before Super NES… There was the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).
The Legend of Zelda was the very first Zelda game released. It centers its plot around a boy named Link, who becomes the central protagonist throughout the series. The game was released in the US in 1987. It has since then been re-released several times, for the GameCube as well as the Game Boy Advance. Also the NES cartridge for The Legend of Zelda was formatted in 1987, with a internal battery to facilitate game saves.
This geeky clock is manufactured from an original NES cartridge, mounted to a recycled acrylic stand. The clock features black hands and a quartz motor. The clock stands 5 1/4 inches high by 4 1/2 wide.
*** Please note, When I received this cartridge the original art work was in bad shape, so I replaced the original sticker with a reproduction.
These are VINTAGE items and will have some scratches and light wear

This is a fun novelty gift, but it’s not quite what I expected. The label used is a reproduction, which is clearly stated in the item listing, but mine was already peeling up at the corners when it arrived. All in all, this is a creative idea, and it shipped in great time, but it’s just for fun.
