Description
Step back into the golden age of home preservation with this rare circa 1920s Ball Perfect Mason jar. Sourced from a trusted estate collection, this 1-quart vessel features the highly sought-after iron-tinted aqua blue glass, original script logo, and an authentic early Presto glass-to-metal closure system. A true collector-grade piece that bridges vintage canning functionality with timeless farmhouse aesthetics.
The glass body is in very good vintage condition, showcasing outstanding transparency with natural manufacturing “seeds” trapped in the lower walls—a hallmark of period machine-pressed production. There are no cracks, chips, or heavy devitrification. The fitted set includes the original hard-pressed glass liner and early aluminum screw band stamped with Good Housekeeping Institute approval. All components thread securely and display honest, even oxidation that enhances its historic authenticity.
